The SION Mini Hydro Power Plant is a small-scale hydroelectric power plant that generates electricity from the energy of falling or flowing water. It is located in the village of Humbang Hasundutan , North Sumatra.

A.P. Pettarani Elevated Toll Road is built along ± 4.389 m length with Non-Budget Infrastructure Project (PINA) financing scheme and with construction period of 22 months.
